About
Originally started in 2007, as Culinary Escapade, GeekFemina is the brainchild of Judy Yee Harrisson. Originally meant to be a simple online archive of recipes for friends and family, Culinary Escapade has grown to include an international readership. In January 2012, CE evolved to become a geek chic lifestyle blog and was rebranded GeekFemina in order to better reflect its founder’s varied interests. The blog will cover topics ranging from food and cooking to fashion and gaming.

Judy Yee Harrisson is currently a student at the University of London and works as a project manager. She enjoys cooking, singing, is becoming somewhat of a lipstick addict and in her spare time can be found hurling fireballs and lightning at monsters in a fantasy world. Judy is a wife, geek and amateur political pundit who lives with her husband in Montreal, Canada.

Paul Errico is an adjunct professor of Earth science at Kean University in New Jersey and Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, NY and has been a long-time student of paleobiology and Earth history. He likes to claim he knows at least a little bit about everything. Such boasting has gotten him roped into providing tangential science content to accompany Judy’s random ramblings on GeekFemina.
